Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at North Central College. Before completing this inquiry form, here are some important items to know about renting our facilities:
There is a $350.00 minimum rental fee for rental inquiries submitted 30+ days prior to the desired event date
There is a $1,000.00 minimum rental fee for rental inquiries submitted 14-29 days prior to the desired event date
Proof of a $2,000,000 liability insurance policy naming North Central College as Additional Insured must be provided
The College is closed on the following days: New Year's Day, Good Friday (closed at noon), Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (closed Dec 21 - 27, 2017)
Fine Art Facilities (Pfeiffer, Meiley Swallow, Wentz Concert Hall and Madden): we are able to take reservations for an academic year (September - May) beginning in May of the previous year, after our College Fine Arts department has solidified its performance schedule for the following year
Overnight/Residential Event: housing is subject to availability June - August
